Section 40
Not To Be Considered Disqualified
Notwithstanding anything contained in the prevailing laws, if any person becomes disqualified to receive any post or facility pursuant to law by the reason of the commission by him or her of any offence, he or she shall not be considered disqualified to receive that post or facility on the ground of the offence that he or she committed when he or she was a child.
